    It's all up to you, Ninja. Try working up to it. Start with 10 during map loading then after a few weeks bump it to 20. All up to you.

    Hahahah... I actually started doing something similar a few weeks ago, but it slowly got replaced by going to get another bag of tortilla chips and salsa. New part of the challenge: see how long you can keep it up for!

    lol this is sweet. I usually like to get a work-out everyday, so I'll substitute the push ups for either my bench press or pull -up bar.

    The great thing about this idea is that you can change the reps and excercises to suit yourself.

    Hmmm... for a bit more of a lower-body workout you could do leg lunges or squats.

    Don't forget to stretch properly!
