How to justify your BF2 game hours

I have a heavy bag and a kick bag right outside the office (which is of course in the basement) so I often go spend a minute or two smashing the imaginary faces of the opposing force after they beat us badly during the previous round.

A bag workout is pretty serious cardio. Although, I sometimes go too hard and have shaky hands when I get done; that of course does not lend well to controlling the game.

I like to play my guitar between games. It's sitting over their in my living room, as I play BF2 in my office/dining room. It allows me to relax and focus. In addition, playing the guitar trains each one of my fingers to move independently and without thought (I should have told that to my Ex-wife, before I flipped her off the last time I saw her, to let her know I had no control).
