How to justify your BF2 game hours

If you feel like you just spend why too much time playing BF2. I have incorporated a new BF2 workout routine that seems to have worked. If you don't have time to go the gym because you want to rush home and play BF2, feel guilty no more!

Lose that weight while playing BF2 and feel guilty no more. Lose pant sizes in just 2 weeks. Feel better about your senseless hours of play. Give your wife more reasons in letting you play.

Here's how the BF2 Workout routine works:

    1. (new day) While rebooting and starting up BF2. Complete 30 (full) push ups and 50 crunches. This should take around 2 minutes max.

    2. Set a goal for you placing in each game. (for me it's the top 5 on my team.) If you hit your goal on both sides of map, you don't owe the BF2 Workout Bank. If you don't hit your goal, you owe the bank!! Or if... Your team loses both games on that map - you owe!

    3. Paying the Bank - While Map change is in process choose your poisen. Either pay with 30 push-ups or the 50 crunches. Crunches may be performed 20 regular, 15 right side, 15 left side. Push-ups can be performed in numerous ways... Hands in, hands out, feet up.

    Do not short the Bank!

    4. At the end of your game play follow up with the start up routine.

Disclaimer - Please consult a physician before following any exercise program. Results may very upon players laziness and lack of Paying the Bank. Of course a sensible diet is recommended.

For more BF2 Workout exercises please contact our corporate offices at LosethatBF2gutt.com. Results may very.

Ira - am I good on the disclaimer??

    LOL!!

If I wrote the disclaimer it would cost you a couple of grand, so for these purposes it looks good.

On a side note, since I started playing BF2, literally every night from 9pmCST till whenever, I have actually lost weight! The only explanation is that I no longer have a late night snack because I am too consumed in the game!

The BF2 workout could be a good thing though, get those extra pounds off. But you need to come up with some exercises that will improve gaming reflexes and hand eye coordination.

    I could add:

    1. Faster Finger Fire - left click 100 times as fast as you can during map change.
    2. Power Finger Fire - add rubber band to tip of finger from around your wrist.

Eye coordination program open for suggestion.

Sounds like I'm too old, lazy, and weak to game anymore. Maybe I don't like the sensation of throwing up or not feeling my arms the next day. I helped a buddy move at the end of October which entailed a lot of lifting. Does that count toward my workout for the year?

    LOL Elk,

I can come up with a more scaled down version if you'd like.

    MaBell,

If you takes you more than a minute to Pay the Bank (30 push ups or 50 crunches) maybe I will forward you the New Elk's toned down version when it's complete. :P

2 minutes! Last time I did push ups I got to 10 and almost passed out. Could they be spread out between map loading?
