Got a double

Yesterday while playing on Operation Clean Sweep I was going after the MEC bomber in the F18 fired off two missles and then a third. The first two took out the MEC bomber and about that time the MEC fighter flared up right in front of me and the third missle locked onto him and took him out.

Never had that happen before, but I'll take it :9

Like I have said in a previous forum... Your a pro. I can't count the amount of times a bomb has fallen on my head with w4jchosen written all over it. Your a serious threat when you get in the cockpit.

I got a triple last night.

It was on Wake Island and I was U.S. and in an F-35b. I flew over the Chinese base and shot down the attack helo, its carcass fell over the runway as both J-10's were refulling and both ran into it. I got credit for all 4 of the deaths.. haha

I got a "double" the other night but really didn't like it very much. It left me all hollow inside. Here is the sad story. On Kubra, defending Intake, I'm sitting in an FAV on the .50 cal. Enemy attack helo comes in, now he's smoking pretty good, so I open up with the .50. I guess he was hurt pretty bad, after only a couple of seconds the helo explodes, I am thrilled. Then, here's the sad part, the wreckage proceeds to fall on 2 of my teammates killing both. One was in my squad, and stated that he wasn't even given the option to forgive the TK. So I end up after this little encounter with -4 (4 points for the kills, -8 for the TK's).

My only experience was when my missiles found the friendly F-15 then the Cobra as we are all leaving the Airfield on kubra... it was a double... just not quite the one I had been hoping for. It finished nicely with slamming into a fully loaded blackhwak. Yep 10 Tks...

Nice shootin' though! I am a noob enough pilot I rarely have any missiles left after taking down any one enemy aircraft.

You see, I can relate to the TheJeep1's statement. Nothing is worse than when ground pounding and making progress, to be destroyed by a Jets bomb blast or a choppers machine guns. It's like we aren't even playing the same game.

Sorry If I have nothing nice to say about the FLYBOY's, I guess if I were a FLYBOY, then I might have something nice to say about them, but I'm not.

I'm a simple Ground Pounder.
