Hopefully I'll own Left 4 Dead (The first) on PC by the end of this week, so I'm curious if there are any under 18 players and/or anyone who doesn't feel the compulsive need to drop an F bomb every five seconds.

You don't need to be a saint, but I've played plenty of Xbox Live (At friend's houses, because I don't have Live) and I've heard every single racist joke there is.

Anyway, I would apreciate if anyone out there is willing to put up with me.

There are Existing, but extremely rare, only had 2-3 hours of that out of my 120 hours played. So they are almost none, and those bad matches were not s bad as what you said happens on xbox live.
