what happened???

i was on shubia tabia playing as a squad member and we won the match. i joined the next game and it said i was squad leader like it always does. but it said that almost evreyone on the server left my squad.
(blank left your squad
blank left your squad)
it was annoying. but then it said i was in squad 5 but i couldent leave my squad. i was the only one in my squad but i wasent the squad leader. then about halfway though the match i was kicked for not being in a squad! i dont know what happend

It's a squad bug. It treats you like you never left the squad from the previous round. The only remedy is to disconnect and reconnect. You were kicked because it didn't look like you were in a squad even though from your POV you were. If you notice you start the round already in a squad, you've got the bug. You will also notice that the squad has more than 6 people in it. It's a little something EA has never fixed and probably never will.

thanks i thought that it was a squad bug but if i exited the game but dident disconnect then rejoined it would fix it but it dident

It seems like you're saying that you didn't disconnect. If you don't disconnect, you don't actually leave the game. Simplest thing to do is to bring up the TTP server and double-click you'll have to disconnect to reconnect to a server you're already on, and that should do it.

Is this still going on for you?

If you make it through a map switch that should also clear it up. If that happens again its best to clear it up quickly as you found out the admin staff is very diligent in keeping the server playing as a team

Looks like your computer wanted to play limbo that night. It is a squad bug that annoy's everyone.

Want to know another way to get out of the squad bug?? Take the commander position. Honestly.

But be warned, if you take the commander and drop out of the commander seat immediately, you go right back in to the squad bug status.

So..... take the commander seat, learn the other end of the order chain and see how your actions as a squad member/leader affect the commander and it WILL affect how you follow orders in the future.

If you take the commander does your VOIP work?

I guess the reason it doesn't work when you are the "7th man" isnt because it doesn't work but because you are not REALLY in that squad huh?

Thus far when ever I have gotten it as soon as I figure it out I drop and reconnect and hope I do get team switched.
