People attacking main base at the beginning of the round?

It was battle of qinling, and at the very beginning of the round. I'm on PLA.
First I get blown up by the enemy jet while im taxing out. Then I respawn and their attack chopper starts camping our main base and starts shooting. Kills me and destroys our attack chopper on the ground. This is right after the game just started.
Artnez told us who the spawn campers were.
When confronted they said, there is no rule against it.

You just have to deal with it or counter it. We have no rule against it. If they were camping you should have sent people in to take them out and if that don't work send more do whatever it takes to keep the home ground safe. And if they keep coming back just assign some defenders. I don't suppose you were general not sure if PR has one but tell the commander to tell some one to take care of them. In TTP it's "FARE" "NO CHEATS" no holds bar they just out did you.

If the map designers did not want to allow this then they would have built it into the map. Nothing wrong with what took place here. I actually think it was a smart strategy.

Alright so I'm just going to take a tank all the way to the enemy main base and camp it from now on, or maybe even two. Good luck to them trying to do anything. Also good luck to them hitting a tank with anything while I'm spawn camping them from 600m away too.

If they were in a jet or chopper use the AA guns that are all over the field.

Bud it happens sometimes. Unfortuneately it happened at a bad time, but it is allowed on the server because of many reasons. One of which is because the base is as much of part of the battlefield as any and taking out the other teams assets allows your team to go on with as little resistance as possible. If "Base Rape" was not allowed it'd be like giving people a get out of jail free card kind of thing.

Just stick to it, sometime you will have people saying oh your base raping and you can respond "So?"
