I think I should rename myself to " target drone"

welp guys, I have figured out some things. one is that I make a better target than team mate. tho I did revive a few of you this weekend, overall my preformance is/was about as good as a coffee can filled with concrete named bob. actually I have found that i am somewhat useful on larger maps or maps with more wide open spaces. the city maps because, well first I keep getting lost. then I get orders to go over there, so I go over there and then, well heres a list of ways to die.

I get shot, kinfed, blownup, jumped over, jumped on, or just plain jumped, robbed, smacked, punched, sniped, rocketed, bombed, granaded by the enemy...(I did a granade myself once).. steped on, run in to, rolled over, crushed by the enemy as well as team mates, mined, strafed by jeeps, tanks, gunships, and transports.. oh yeah and fell off stuff and my shoot didnt open in time.

you know things are not going will with you hear three guys at the same time say " eww.. yeah click, not a good idea.."

I don't udnerstand the problem.... Your description sounds like a regular day at the Battlefield and I think it's a Great Description at that.

Dont forget standing too close to exploding Armor, and don't forget the Commander shooting you for leaving the playing field.

Thats sounds like how I started out :9 . Keep at it you will eventuly learn the map the startegies the tatics. It may take awhile but you will get a hang of it.

Keep in mind that all of the regs here have been playing for ages, which means hundreds if not thousands of hours. If you ever need help just ask, we've got you back and not with a knife (unless you're on the other team

). Watch how the regulars play too. Watch how they shoot. Watch how they move. You WILL get better if you stick with it.

one of the best things i learned was by watching charvel, as he was winning most face-offs with me. watch others, and you will pick up little things that make so much sense, such as crouching, as you strafe and fire at your opponent.

and it's time and practice that helps. hang in there, because we have all been there. look at how many purple heart "awards" i have. believe me, i've had my share of ass-handings.

I know how you feel because I was the same way when I first started. Granted I didn't start out on TTP, so it was a little easier for me than for you, but I still did way more dying than living. I have a 26 death streak from my noob days for crying out loud.

I'll give you some advice to work on though. Always remember that you're not hunting some dumb ass AI. You're hunting other gamers, actual people. Your goal should always be to live longer than the next guy, which means that you need to think and play smarter than the next guy. Learn to predict the enemy's position and movements.

Most of all, always remember that your enemy is trying to out think you and trying to predict your position and movements. Don't fall into a patern and try to always be at least one step ahead. Lastly, some people are better to avoid than engaging, especially if they're together.

Wow, could not describe the game better even if you where the games Creator

..... Don't worry about getting lost or not knowing maps..... Some times I still get lost lol...... Just keep playing don't let down.... don't feel depressed.... Remember, everyone is a Target.... That's the nature of the game... If any one of us are on Just give us a "Need Help" getting shot at.... and we'll help ya....

Just keep playing and you will learn the maps with time. That was one of the most important things when I first started playing. Even if I couldn't shoot I at least knew where the hell I was going and where not to go.

thats the same thing my freind, who just got the game, has to do. he can barly shoot anything at all so...
