Oh, and the Grenade...... is such a small weapon of what is available on the Project Reality Battlefields.

Are you ready to take it to the Next Stage?

Just check out the M1Abrams or the Challenger offensive tank...

    Man oh man.

I don't what to tell you except, go download the link.

It is a free link, worth $100 minimum, yet it is still free.

I hope you're done with your thread-jack now Commander...

As for myself, I probably don't throw grenades enough. I have gotten a good bit of practice with them while priming the SF server though.

    Grenade fights FTW!

Stop by and check out the PR forums and download the Free mod that Ranked #2 in the world.

It is purely the most realistic battlefield on the earth in Games.

Project Reality is game you better take serious or you are going to have a lot time to think what you can do different to keep you out of the Respawn time and how to stay alive and to be more effective and usefull to your team.

Project Reality is #1 in my book.
My one bitch about PR.. and it's the one that has kept me from returning to play again.. is that for all it touts "reality" the weaponry is rediculously innacurate. ...and I'm talking lying prone, lining up a shot, single shot aimed center mass and STILL missing the target. ..and forget about semi or full auto... and definately forget about being able to shoot a decently accurate shot while moving. ..all of which can be done in reality.. especially by the highly trained individuals in various, and especially American, armed forces. ...which these games are having us play as.

Maybe I just suck that bad, but I know that in real life, with the weapon I had, ESPECIALLY lying prone and taking careful aim at a stationary target, I was a good enough shot durring my time served to not have missed alot of shots PR had me not making.

And I found the people on my team and in my squad to be rude, boorish and full of themselves. But that I attribute to being in the wrong place and wrong time... which can happen on just about any server anywhere.

I know this was about grenades, but after constantly reading PR, PR, PR.. I felt the need to interject my opinion. Sorry to all of you PR enthousiasts.. it's a great concept, I just found it poorly executed (in the firing of weapons category... a lot of other aspects of the mod are great!).

I like grenades! I have a tendency to sneak up on enemy individuals and squads, in which case, the grenade (and or/knife) will be your best friend. It drops right in the center of the action while making very little noise, until BOOM!. Meanwhile, the enemy still hasn't spotted you while you throw another grenade to kill the medics. At that point, I'm rushing in to kill the stragglers (all wombed to some extent), so "easier" pickins!

heh heh me too. if im engie and i have unloaded my auto shot gun into some one and they have not died, I will mostly start chucking nades at them instead of reloading. Another thing thats loads of fun is sprinting straight into a group of enemy, (usually around buildings) they start chasing you and you use the secondary fire for the grenade, dropping them on the ground as you run about

You see, It's guys like you and me -=$eany=- that keep me from chasing enemy. Like you say, your droppig granades as the enemy chases you. In my case, I move backwards in preperation of the enemy chasing me, sometimes dropping grenades right at the corners of the buildings, sometimes going prones against a building with a submachine gun.

And more importantly, NEVER chase a Sniper.... as he usually has the area booby trapped, in anticipation of an enemy chase.

    Keep up the good work!

    Re: grenades

One person calls it "pooping grenades". A popular strategy in Star Wars: Battlefront II, as well as pooping mines after shooting rockets at infantry.
