Most Hated Maps!!!

I wonder why that is on the bf2 server, but the 2142 server has NS... which I finally got cuz I got sick of bein booted off the server when it would switch to a map that required it...

Yeah, I agree. We need the bad maps to help us remeber why we liek to good maps so much... It's kinda like the ugly girl thing, we need them to make the pretty girls look prettier!

I love Cleansweep.... That is a Get it On ! ! ! map.

I like that all of them has a little something different to offer.

I like Tampa as well.... We get that armor moving and the Transport hopping and we get after it.

Really, Tampa is probably the best Armor map in BF2.

The Rotation in BF2 really has a good variety of maps.

Believe it or not, it's one of the best Medic maps around too. 90% of people on the team end up antitank or engineers.. the few of us that go the medic rout can rack up the revive/heal points keepin the rest of em alive.

I agree with ya Axe....the more I play it, the more I think it sucks unless you are in a jet or a helo....

I haven't played nough to have too much of an opinion, but I'd have to pick Stonghua as my least favorite. Way too much mist and snipers hiding in the hills.
Operation Cleansweep isn't bad IMO, but it gets annoying if the opposing team has excellent pilots, b/c it can get out of hand real fast. Also, those long treks across the ocean (chopper, plane, boat, or *gasp* swimming) make me feel like a sitting duck.

I like Jalalabad, Daqing Oilfields and Dragon Valley also. Nice open maps, with a lot of possibilities.
I'm not too crazy about Karkand, but maybe it's b/c it's overplayed....why is that, by the way? There are plenty of better maps out there.

Btw, is Operation cleansweep the only map with an airfield in single player? I like to practice flying without some l33t pwnage AA guy gunning me down.

Yes, it is the only map with an airfield in single player. It's a good place to learn to fly. Bad place to learn to shoot. Forget about practicing shooting down other planes on the single player server. Even in expert mode, the computer pilots are no match for the pilots on TTP. I've attempted the same thing and the computer can never shoot me down and he just sits there while you shoot him down,...in EXPERT! mode. hmm. come to think of it, forget about learning to bomb on single player as well. The difference is, on single player you don't have a tail making you buzz while you are trying to line up your bombs. On TTP, it's hard to get well place bombs off because of this so it would be good practice to start there, IMO.

Man I am with you....when I got away from the engineer and AT kits and started playing medic I started racking up the points. Now I hardly get into a tank....mainly use the fast movers and accassionally the APC. I love defending the gas station on tampa.

Worse map is Clean Sweep....however I do like the battles between the airfield and harbor flags.
