I'm not sure if this should go in the technical forum or if I'm just doing something wrong - anyway I've finished the campaigns multiplayer on expert difficulty many times but have only got the achievement for Dead Air.

I don't think I've finished any without dying at all - during most campaigns I die at least once and am found in a cupboard before the level finishes. Do I have to stay alive the entire campaign, or how does it work?

I had a similar problem on survival levels but then I was doing glitch e.g. on The Crane, I'd get the record time and medal but it wouldn't register in achievements. The campaigns I've played official server, no cheats.
