I've been trying to SL more lately (now that I'm back in the basement and able to use my mic).

I think I was the one that gave up on the SL role when spanky took over. I got extremely frustrated with myself in the SL role and dropped out and back in. I think I was in round 8 of losing and just generally got upset with myself and what seemed to be an inability to issue any type of effective order. We were doing OK all things considered but I was getting too frustrated to remain SL.

That's a tough nut to crack.. when you're in the position and feel like you've done nothing redeeming in it. I get that myself, especially cuz I'm still quite new to 2142 and don't think I've yet played every map, so I don't always know where all the strategic spots are.

But then if you've got a decent commander whose giving you orders, it's much easier... then all you have to worry about is putting the Spawn Beacon in a good spot and keeping the guys in your squad in check.

Givin' a damn is the key. As long as a SL will communicate with me as SM or Commander, then I have no issue. These SL with no mics and no interested in doing the job suck. I haven't seen anyone that has posted in the topic fall into that category.

Ive been playing l4d2 A lot with some friends of mine. We used to play vs all the time... and we won over 90%. Now they stopped playing, and im searchin for a new clan.

Primary weapon: 1. AK47 (in some chapters I like the spaz better, forinstance in the second chapter of hard rain)

secondary weapon: magnum

Mellee weapon: Machete/katana

granade: totaly depends on the sitiuation, if no one in my team got a molotov, then i will take a molotov, if none got puke, i want puke..... At the end of darkcarnival chapter 4 I want a pipebomb.... etc

Same goes for pills and adrenaline. at the start of a chapter i prefer pills, so i can go on longer without using my medkit. At the end of the chapter, when others are most likey to go down, I want adrenaline, to help them up faster.....
