Thread: server crash

server just went down not coming back in the listing usually does in 2 min but not this time

Yea I was on today when that happened. Bummed me out as I was just getting into learning a few things with some help from a kind soul. (Hoodi3 thank you sir!) :9

Ended up on another server. Map was cool, all kinds of armour and such but no one had a clue..(Only my second or third day playing.) Didn't have a full squad.. Well squad was full but we got all clustered and spread out all over the place.. You cant use your recourses when you don't stack the players right and keep them together..

Guess I'm learning the hard way fast... Was frustrating as all get out..

So I was going for the achievement "STILL SOMETHING TO PROVE" and was on my final Campaign, Hard Rain, on Expert. It was a public game and I was playing with some good, serious players. But of course, Rochelle was a bot. After killing a few tanks, waiting out for a while, the boat comes right out back. Suddenly, someone joins as Rochelle and storms straight for the boat. The two other players and I follow behind. Rochelle suddenly has an auto-shotgun and sprays us all down until we're incapped. Let me just say this - I am not very good at this game so it took me a LOT of tries to get to the end of the finale.

I think TKing should be an option when you join a game. Such as when you are searching for a custom match:
Campaign - Hard Rain
Difficulty - Expert
Friendly Fire - Off
[Search for game in progress]
[Search for lobby]

I know that Valve probably won't fix this, so don't just post a reply stating the obvious.
