Yep. If you can get 3 or more mines to hit the Goliath simultaneously, it cannot recover, even with all the panels intact. Mine bait is cool like that.

the goliath does not have to be moving. I have done this before. Same trick works on any vehicle...walkers, tanks...great because you can hide around a corner and only be seen for a second. It works nicely. You just have to be hidden close enough to the vehicles path.
