2142 Primary server -> 2142 Conquest
That's right ladies and gentlemen, step right up! Be the first to shed each others' blood in a good old-fashioned romp through futuristic explodey land on the new 2142 CONQUEST SERVER!
Seriously though, join it up and make sure everything's working. I promise I'm done restarting it now.

The reason we reduced the max. number of players back down to 48 originally was because Titan maps aren't designed to be able to handle more than that. However, since there aren't any titan maps in the rotation, we can party hard.
There shouldn't be any more vehicle heavy maps than normal; it's a full rotation, with all Northern Strike maps set to play Assault lines, since a lot of those maps don't get a lot of play normally. For now, the rotation is as follows:
Cerbere
Verdun
Fall of Berlin
Shuhia Taiba
Highway Tampa
Tunis Harbour
Suez Canal
Liberation of Leipzig
Camp Gibraltar
Minsk
Bridge at Remagen
Belgrade
Sidi Power Plant
Port Bavaria
This was done to space out the regular Conquest and Assault Lines maps. Man, I can't wait to try some of these.

The only problem I forsee with 64 player are the CQ maps that only have 32-man versions (Cerbere, Berlin, Tunis, Gibraltar, and Belgrade). Before, the teams were only +8 man, which wasn't terribly bad, but with an entire extra team, effectively, now playing on the same 200 tickets, the rounds are going to end up ridiculously short.
32-man maps are set for 12.5 tickets per man; 64-man maps are set for 9.375. 64-man on a 32-man-sized map only has 6.25 tickets per man, or 2/3 of a "normal" 64-man map. If the rounds on a 64-man map last ~15 minutes, on the 32-man maps, the rounds last just 10 minutes (For comparison, the previous 48-man server left 8.333 tickets per, 89% of nominal, and lasted ~13.3 minutes, which is close enough to be kosher in my book).
That's unfortunate because most of them are the infantry-heavy maps, too.

If anything, it makes the frontlines of a tight map like gibraltar or berlin that much more of an established front. It makes it that much harder to punch through, and forces that much more coordination and strategy for teams to win, hold/take territory, and not bleed to death.
I loved the 64 man server when we had it up. We changed it back to 48 only because with titan maps, the reserved slot system can not function. And that's becuase of the hard coded map size limitation of titan maps being set to 48 players.
64 is fun. that's 4 if not 5 full squads.....war, attrition, coordination....big fun.
