silent thunder
I have played bf2 for quite some time now. Indeed I have played a number of first person shooters over the years. When I first started to play those that cheated were delt with quickly and those that suspected it opened there mouth with more gusto and with more frequency. It truly was unexceptable.
Not now. For the main people keep quiet. They do not wish to offend or mark themselves out. Infact I would go as far to say that most players, especially the hardcore among us have excepted this as the norm. An irritant that is to be ignored. As long as it doe's not affect ones game play too much people just get on with it.
I find there is two types of cheat.
The out and out greedy kid. Pure and simple greed. Will stack up the pionts. Quite a stupid languorous kind of animal. When confronted becomes aggressive demanding screen shots. screen shots we know are only good for proving team kills. Forget it when it comes to the software these cowards are running.
The second type is a more cunning animal. ticking along nicely. Using there cherished software only to boost there score. Like a child coveting there new shiny toy. Fooling themselves that there kill tally and rank are earned and justified. Hard to tell which animal deserves more pity.
I have over the years never joined a gaming forum. Posting comments or dare I say brouching a subject was just not me. This server is different. A joy to play on. The people who play on it are just as rare.
The upsurge in cheating of late could well spoil this server . I hope this is not the case. I already know of atleast four people that i am sure that hack here. For the most they are new blood.
The reason I started this post?. Last night while playing, a player I know was so idignant about one person cheating that he confronted him untill he left. It reminded me of when it really was unexceptable to cheat. Well done Lump. An example to us all.

Or about (187) slongnyrface sniping in songhua stalemate?
I know there are alot of admins on the server, and they already know about this guy because of the complaints... Maybe youīve seen some hacks on the server, not because the admins arenīt doing their jobs, but because, simply, there are more ballīless hackers popping up on BF2 in general...
The admins are doing their jobs...and you know this is the smoothest running server on BF2 by far. I complained to the admins about hacks on the server a few weeks ago and they were dealt with already. Same will happen with these assclapmonkeys soon. Some nights it might get really bad because you could get a couple or a few hackers on at the same time...that is inevitable...no one can stop them until they are in the server and suspected and then monitored...itīs a process...itīs not done arbitrarily.

Hey Mill
Always a pleasure to see your smiling face in my squad.
Don't be afraid to post suspect things here. It is more often that a regular player will see suspicous play before a admin does. If you post it, they can read it and look into it.
Great job bud.
Oh, and you could also post in some of our topic forums too. You've been on the server for a long time.

Re: silent thunder
Cheaters are pretty obvious. I call them out when they're affecting the overall game, which isn't that often, especially not on a teamwork server like TTP. This of course isn't true for things like the Commander hack but that's pretty obvious. I'm talking primarily about aimbots. Most aimbotters stick to maps like Karkand or Jalalabad and hang around a single area with their LMG or SVD.
Also, 90% (my estimation) of the claims of cheating/hacking in game are false. People get beaten by a better player over and over and they start whining. I see less of this on TTP, which is another reason I enjoy the server so much. From what i gather though, everyone (admin's included), need to have a cup of shut-the-$%^-up, take a few to chill... - Bunni

We all know each other here, so when a hacker shows his face, it's very easy for all of us to see them... many of the post regarding hackers may be in private forums, so just know that suspect players are always being discussed.
See you on the field man!
