Well... AT&T isn't known for their awesome service. I think they are like a 1/2 step ahead of Comcast.

Alundil? Didn't I TELL you to go with www.oplink.net? Hmmm, hmmm? Only outages I've ever had have been when we lose power due to thunderstorms or somesuch.

Appointment setup for Monday from 4 to 8 pm (we'll see if they manage to make it at the appointed time). I was being midly facetious about the month but I've had lots of problems with their customer service thus far.

Dang Alundil, thats bad news for sure. You and Cloudfish are the Fifth night shift, now he is gonna be all alone. Hopefully it wont be a month and you will get it fixed on monday.
