Thread: High light of my flying

Believe it or not I am getting better at flying.....at first it was a total waste...I wasn't helping the team at all.....but more recently I am seeing my numbers get better and better.....I am having more success shooting down other jets in dog fights and bombing runs are getting better. I practice all the time on the server when it is empty.

But last night was the high light....I dont know if he was flying or doing the bombing.....but I shot down (2)Manno on the Kubra damn map!! I was so happy I almost crashed my jet when I saw who I shot down. I wanted so bad for someone else to have seen that. After all the time I have been bombed or shot out of the sky by (2)Manno...this was better than a cold glass of beer on a hot August night in Houston Texas! I was laffing so hard my wife walked into my study to see what was going on....and she couldn't believe that a 54 year old man would get so excited about shooting down someone in a game. Course I told her she was in my study and it was time for her to leave and let me get back to battle.

Now I can't wait to get snipe! ROFLMAO

The only thing that brings manno down to earth usually is the trees or the odd crane. I have tried to get the hang of flying, but usually end up as a statistic for the other players!. Manno is one of the great flyer's on the server.
He rarely misses.
However. On one occasion he flew so low I could envision his gleefully smile as he made his bombing run. I was like a rabbit in the headlights.......I raised the turret of the tank and just made the shot.
When his aircraft exploded around me it was the greatest feeling. I fell about laughing. A shot in a million.
SO. I know the feeling. Enjoy bluemaxox.

OMG...that is funny....and that has to be more embarrassing then me shooting him down. Damn you can only raise the gun turret so high...so he had to be flying low and you are right....he was laffing to himself thinking about the tank he was about to get and you got him! Wonder if he remembers it? I know I would!

It was the same map about two weeks ago. I think he will remember. He was a bit miffed.

I´m guessing he called you a hacker...in between colorful, fun adjectives.

Well Bluemaxox I dont' remember if I was flying or bombing, although my ego wants to say I was the bomber Either way, nice shot, welcome to the wonderful world of flight.

As for millwall's tank shot. Amazing, literally. I was so amazed I didn't curse, or really react at all. Just simple amazement since the probability of it ever happening ever, or ever again is near 0.

Just amazing.

I joined the server on dragon valley or something I believe and manno was utterly raping rooster and I's squad into the ground.

It made me sad inside.
