Re: Holy F**k'n Pathetic
We've talked philosophically about the OP's post about 10+ "high ranking/regulars" sitting around in the hangar. If this is a consistent problem on the server as the OP contends, then name names. Call people out. I personally have never seen 10+ regulars/reservists sitting in a hangar for any meaningful part of a round doing nothing...ever.
From what i gather though, everyone (admin's included), need to have a cup of shut-the-$%^-up, take a few to chill... - Bunni

Ask Xav, he's attempted to be a thorn in my side on a few maps tearing up stuff in my main when I'm commanding. He'll tell you I don't give a damn about that stuff, the flags make all the difference. Hell his squad spent the entire round in my main on Tampa one day, one of his squad mates even stole our damn Mig early on and kept it the entire round. Did they win the map? No. Did they lose their ass off while my team was following orders to take flags and keep them. You bet they lost, and it was by a decent amount, after our team had been losing for 2/3rds of the round. Ticket bleed is more effective and a very good deterrent to keeping people out of your main. A commander is not useless to his team, he can still give orders to take and hold positions as well as direct the team and still spot enemy targets.
As for a lot of people hanging around the hangars. Well that's not team play, and I'm sure the admins will be keeping a very close eye on the situation.****************11B*************** Look for Pathfinder75thB in TeamSpeak! ***************11B*****************

Re: Holy F**k'n Pathetic
Lots of good topics in this thread.
I have seen on numerous occasions more than 5 people standing in the hanger waiting on the jet. It definitely does not help their team. It should be the SLs or Commander on that team that tell those guys to get out of there. Usually I notice this while on the other team as I have made it a habit to attack the bases where the enemy air assets are. GMG and Blue are correct about attacking the main to disrupt the other team. If you can steal the enemy jet it really leaves little comfort for the enemy choppers or ground forces.
I am tired of this groundpounder vs air whore mentality. If the game is all about teamplay then who do you want flying your jets and choppers on your team? Do I want the guy that's going to crash the jet or chopper or get shot down every 2 minutes in the air so the enemy can focus their main air assets on pounding the crap out of the ground forces or do I want someone that is going to keep them occupied and blast them from the sky. It's a no brainer. If I am sitting on the US carrier on Dalian or Wake I sure as hell do not want to be stuck there all round because we are getting owned in the air and the enemy chopper and jet are raping the deck. I do agree that everyone should have the same opportunity to fly but please don't try to learn the jet or chopper on a full server. On a team everyone should do what they do best to help the team. So you won't hear me bitch about Manno, Xav, Chosen, or whoever in the jet or chopper.
Xav.......master?....come on.... and get it right on Dan...it's the APC not the tank. He killed me a bunch the other day with that thing.

Re: Holy F**k'n Pathetic
Well Ladies and Gentlemen, we've all (most of us) have had a chance to express our opinions and release our aggresions; now comes the time for results. I've learned a lot during these past two threads regarding these subjects.... and do believe that we as a group have the solutions in our grasps.
The one line I can quote from all of our conversation, that really turns a light on in my shriveled up little brain, is:
