tv is always on - with or without volume. Water normally.

Elk - I'm assuming you are not talking about a cigar...but a cigar sounds real good and haven't had one in a while

Nothing.. well.. except a documentary on one TV, Star Trek on another, my laptop usually open to the forums, my secondary machine running some rendering or some crap, the cat demanding attention, and water.

But other than that, I am really focused!

zoned out and focused...occassional interuption by better half and one of my sons. The only real problem I have is that my study is right off the entry way of my home and when folks drop by I cant escape.

For me, a cold bottle of grape 50 vitamin water, sucking on a 4mg nicotine mint. I eat those things like tictacs, helps me stay bitchy towards my squad (sorry guys and gals).

A 25 lb dumbell to do curls in between rounds (put in place after the 'pay the bank' post on here.)

My wife watches tv behind me so I chit chat with her. She knows most of you bastages.

My dog IO is usually laying on the floor behind me for strategic advisory purposes.

Usually start off with a couple cups of good coffee(life is too short to drink crappy coffee or cheap beer).I'll usually wash that down with a nice Sprite or some other non-caffienated pop,but lately I seem to be addicted to Crystal Lite lemonade.If you squeeze a lemon in there,and throw in some fresh mint leaves(mom grows them,so when I want some its pretty easy to drive to their house and pilfer as much as I want),and you have necter of the Gods.

I do ciggy breaks between maps as there is more "down" time.If Elk is on,I will try to coordinate the ciggy breaks with his.Timing is EVERYTHING!

While playing BF2 I eat, drink water, weekend beer drinker, tv is on.

I eat, drink, watch tv (mostly cnbc or history/discovery), play horribly when I´m watching a soccer match(play decently when I´m totally concentrated :P), play online poker sometimes, google finance, yahoo finance, cnbc.com, youtube....

The only thing I don´t do is answer my phone or the door.
