Wow, it's a lot thinner than I thought it was. And that's a massive airstrip compared to the MEC one in BF2.

BTW, you have the best avatar, it's even better than Ficet's.

But the floating Titan is a lovely grind house to waste enemy tickets if you can hold the bottom corridors. Commanding on it the other day, I gave the order to turtle in the lower corridors. The enemy lead went from 40 pts down to 10 in a matter of minutes, then it zig zagged for a while, then it tied around 50 tickets left for both sides, and finally around 35 pts left for both teams, my team started to pull away for the win.
enf-Jesus its been like 12 minutes and you're already worried about stats?! :-P

It's amazing how that strip of land manged to be such a strategic point in World War 2. Such a gruesome battle occurred there. The Pacific so was violent. Wake Island was 12 miles of coastline.

    Re: The Real Wake

Bet they wiped it out to make way for the floaty thing there. The corps of engineers can work wonders. But the overall mass looks pretty close. You would think that there would be more land showing due to the water levels dropping from Ice accumulations.

    Re: The Real Wake

Both maps have the exact same stratagy to victory. Hold the middle Flag area (Air Field) (Titan thingy).....yep exactly the same map.
