    BF2 Activities @ Work

Yeah, we all do it. You know, perform Battlefield 2 related activities at work. "Like what?" You ask? Here's my list.

1.) Troll the TTP Forums. :9
2.) Randomly reboot my Vent server to confuse my friends.
3.) Stare at my BF2 Stats and cry. :3
4.) Read as many gameplay articles as possible. :1
5.) Try to pretend i'm doing something important, while thinking up threads such as these. :8
6.) Flirt with Lady_Athene randomly via text messages so I can laugh in Squad VOIP later for no apparant reason. :4 eye on the target baby! (love ya LA!)

    What are yours?

All TTP and BF2 activities have ceased at work. My boss is one of the most honest, genuine, and generous persons I have I ever met. I feel like I'm stealing from him if I not busy with work activities (which there's plenty to do).

Provide your employer with an honest day of work.

That's a rare and very outstanding response Elk. More respect to you for that for sure. Unfortunately, the USN has never asked a honest days work of me that I am aware of. :P *laugh* All in good fun mate.

But seriously, that is some excellent work ethic.

But elk is right I make sure I have absolutely nothing to do before I do any of this at work. Work is first for me while at work

=) I think I wasn't very delicate in making the post. It of course, was made in good fun, and not meant in a derogatory manner. I'm usually only on here when we have nothing else going on and even our shelves are high dusted. It's one of those things.

Normally i'm at max work load on deployment, and don't even have access to a 'puter. I hope I didn't offend you Elk.

You didn't offend at all. What you do on your time is your business whether it socially, professionally, etc. My only concern is how you handle yourself on the TTP servers and forums.

As someone who hopes to take partnership with the company 5 years down the road, I find this thread rather interesting.

It takes a lot to personally offend me. No worries brother. Hope to see on the battlefield in about in about 1 to 1.5 weeks (Olympics is occupying my normal gaming hours).

Ditto. I had been forum trolling at work, and then they vice Prez of IT Tech dropped me a very subtle hint (hes a bigtime gamer too). That was in March and i think i may have popped onto TTP twice since then only due to information in the threads relevent to something at work. I'm in the same boat, i work for great people, and had no problem filling the previous forum time with productive work.

    Re: BF2 Activities @ Work

I really hope I can work for someone like that someday. It's one of those things you tend to dream about and hear about other folks acheiving. It's the main reason i'm driving myself to finish my degree. To do a job that I love doing, for a company that I love working with and purchasing entertaining products from. =)
