Searching for the server
As of late, I have been unable to search for the TTP BF2 server using the name Texas.
I can locate it from the favorites tab, but cannot search by name.
Anyone ever experience this and resolve it before?
I searched the forums, but failed to find a solution.
Thanks for any assistance,
Clintok

Re: Searching for the server
I don't think it is a filter issue. I noticed it as well last night and for PR as well. I'll poke around and see if something is wrong, but I think it may be a Gamespy issue. I noticed other servers not showing up, that would have normally shown up before.

Re: Searching for the server
To help the group isolate the issue, it isn't filters. I checked that.
I will have some time to mess with it this weekend. I was thinking about blowing away my profile and seeing if that helps. I will post my results in this thread when I am done tinkering.
Thanks to all, keep the suggestions flowing if you think of something that hasn't been addressed.
I want to avoid connecting via IP if at all possible. That requires the use of a pencil. My house is paperless.

Re: TTP not coming up on bf2 server menu
this has happened to me before. I just reset the filters and then searched for it. If that doesn't work, join by the server IP. Welcome back.
Check out this thread. Looks as though they are saying it may not be a filter issue. It was for me, but anyhow, others are in the same boat.
