Still cant get mic to work

Hey guys i still cant get my mic to work in BF2142 no matter what i do the settings will not save?? :8 :8 :8

First, did you just install? If so have you fully patched and restarted your machine?

If so and they are still not saving try deleting your 2142 profile and the restart the game and sign in again. Don't worry, you won't lose anything, you will just have to listen to the training voice overs again.

If that doesn't work, uninstall the game, delete all 2142 related folders, empty your recycle bin and restart. Then reinstall, re-patch and restart.

Try that that's what I had to do but the time before I had problems with my mic it turned out being the mic itself so check your cords and cables to make sure you are not getting a short in the wiring.

Sorry guys but still no luck i just think BF2142 doesnt like my system because i can talk on vent + TS just fine

What all have you done Hunter? Did you follow what I said up top? Reinstalled? Let us know. We are all about trying to get that mic thingy working...BIG part of the teamwork thing.
