BF2:SF question
OK so I'm going to play SF for the unlocks(whenever this bloody 1.21 update finishes...like 2 hours) and I've been wondering how the part where it goes from SF to BF2 works...
1. Does Rank gained in SF count towards a Rank in BF2?
2. If so, does the SF unlock count as a BF2 unlock, meaning you have to pick either a BF2 unlock or SF unlock?
3. Is SF the same as BF2 just different maps(and the unlocks).
I just want to know if I should be careful on what to use SF unlocks on.
Edit: And I'm really bored waiting for the BF to update so I'm asking questions I plan ahead a lot so expect lots of questions in the future.

3. And it is the same as BF2, except all of the maps are like city maps, where there are no planes and a lot of the flags are very close. The only big difference are the Insurgent and Rebel's RPG-7, ski doos, helicopters that have much more powerful missiles, and more innovative map ideas. Devil's Perch is probably the best example of this. The only problem with SF, is that most of the servers only play Ghost Town or Warlord, with infantry only, so it gets dry real quick.
And chosen, when you install SF, it automatically downgrades to patch 1.12. Which means you have to repatch (same with the expansions).

Re: BF2:SF question
OMG...I just played SF for a bit and liked it due to grapples(only reason) but if anyone wants to squad with me maybe tomorrow say it here...And wow! I got 3 extra unlocks from installing SF...do I get two unlocks every rank now or did that just make up for it?
