Thanks for adding the poll, i wanted to put one up, but didnt know how to.

I Will SL sometimes, if i feel like it. I will also command, if no one else wants to.

But, i prefer SM over anything.

I picked commander

I'm good at it & when people follow orders I lead the team to victory more often then not.

Now that was before my computer crash and long long stint of absence but when i get back my skills back up it will be the same as before.

however I like leading and following just as much....I guess to me that's what it means to be a team player

doing as your told and stepping up and leading when the need arises.

That sound like a good definition to me, as thats what i do.

I follow my orders, and, should i need to, i step up and command.

I like to SL. You put down orders and engage the enemy.

Commander is great but I get enough of that in real life.

Bring on the killing up close and personal.

Firedog I was briefly in your squad the other day and it was good times until i had to leave abruptly to attend to my wailing child. Unfortunately I was given an order by the commander who mouses over child and says "Defend this position!" and well, I have to say "Acknowledged" or else I'm likely to hear "Squad, that was a pathetic effort!"

Thought id go and bump this thread.

Been More then a year now, and i want to see how opinions have changed. I also want to see what some of our newer members have to say about it.

I know that i have changed since i made this thread back in 08.

I changed my Vote to Squad leader. I Enjoy it A lot.

My Second would be Commander now.

I'm still a faithful squadmember. As I mentioned yesterday, I'm crap at Squad Leading, and I'm not fit for commanding (I don't give out orders, only suggestions).

I wish I could be better, but in 2 years, all the progress I've made is, "Here's where I think we should head" with my squad all over the map, to "Here's where we're going to go and we're going to kick ass" With less of my squad all over the map. I'm too relaxed to be a good squad leader (Not strict enough, not enough discipline going around)
