Down Time

So my PC has went from having small viruses, to fucked up virus ridden POS.

Everytime I try to load PR, I get the BSoD, this also happens with vanilla, which of course auto-restarts my pc.

In addition, I wouldn't have a problem unistalling BF2, if only I could find my manual, which has my Key on it. So today I went to wal-mart, circuit city, AND gamestop, all to no unavail. No copies of BF2 anywhere there.

I am going to reformat my harddrive tonight, meaning no games at all, or at least until tomorrow, when I can re-download Steam and ArmA, but I have to order BF2 off the internet, meaning I have to wait around a week for it to come, unless of course I find the BF2 manual. Which I doubt will happen. Isn't this fucking magical? ONE FUCKING DAY before .85, and my PC FINALLY breaks down. God damnit.

Did you already re-format? Or is it THAT bad? superantispywareplus is a epic piece of epicness. I recommend scanning with that to find everything.

I haven't reformatted yet, or tried any games to see if I blue screened.

But I did run AVG and it got a LOT of the things, I haven't gotten pop-ups yet, and I haven't gotten any errors when I first log in, so AVG is pretty beast.

Is there anyone who knows how to get FirstAdNetwork off my PC? For example, when I search something in google, and click the link, firstadnetwork redirects me so some random website.

Any fixes?

You can download a free copy of the game(BF2)from bF2s web site IF you have a valid account.

FilePlanet doesn't seem to have it yet. How long does it usually take them to get it?

I can't seem to find anywhere to dl thats not in Europe or a torrent( I won't do a torrent). Any ideas?

Fantastic fucking news everyone, my day is complete.

My dad and I reformatted my HDD, which at first I objected cause I couldn't find my BF2 cd key.

In a last ditch effort, I called up EA to see if they could help me at all.

Thank god I registered BF2, my cd key was availible to me through not only there hotline, but it's also availible on there website.

So expect to see me on PR no later than 5 tomorrow.
