I just spent an hour or so reading the PR 0.85 PDF manual....

All i have to say, is i think i may have found the game i will play the rest of my life. It seems like, with the new mod, its not going to be a run and gun game, but the maps are going to take HOURS to beat, and EVERYONE working together to win. Its harder to kill people now, and when you do die, you are so detrimental to your team, it aint even funny.

I cant fucking wait to get this mod....holy shit!!!!

you will enjoy it.....every time a new version comes out it's great....ONLY game i play....

if u haven't played PR before....it will be frustrating for a bit..., but squad up with us...and ask questions...always willing to help.....and get ready to rock.

Of course PR isn't a run 'n gun game. It's all about teamwork, moving together as a team and completing objectives as a team. If anyone is not doing all of the above then they are worthless to the team and shouldn't even be playing.

It's not like vBF2 where you can run down a street and be like "Oh, there is an enemy soldier *BANG BANG* I WIN!"

It's more like walking down the street and "Oh shit an enemy squad bounding up covering each other with APC support! Why did i have to walk off by myself?!"

Maps don't usually take hours to beat, maybe 1 hour, a bit longer.

Harder to kill people? No, one precisely aimed shot and you're dead, no medic for you. But if you're lucky enough, you will be shot two - three times in the chest and will be able to be revived.

Like Sauso said, if this is your first time be sure to practice Air vehicles in an offline server first. Squad up with =AONO= or any texas reg and we will be glad to help :9

I can't wait to get you and Hawg in a squad together. I have hung out with both of you guys,and I think you two will find out that you're not as different as you guys think. In fact,I think you guys would like each other.You both have a great sense of humor,and if you guys can check the past at the door,I know you guys would have fun.

Seriously.... I don't agree with Hawgs politics,and he doesn't agree with mine,but we both check that shit at the door,and Hawg is one of my favorite people to squad with in PR. He is a good guy,and so are you.

Either way, I will be dl'ing soon.Can't wait to try the update!

Dex is right, once you have to work as a team all the petty shit on the forums flies out the window and you concentrate on winning. Nothing like having a real close game in PR and having every single ticket count.

Also, by the looks of it, it will be harder to kill people....no more cross hairs, and guns take about 5 secs to become accurate after zooming in, read that PDF...SOOOOOOO much new information!

I have played BF2, and tried to play PR once, but couldnt get it to run for some reason....maybe iam just stupid...but i have read all the shit and ready to roll.

And as to hawg, hell yea! Iam ready. Me and jason jinx are the same way, we but heads alot in the forums, but never make it personal (unlike hawg) but i never take the forums to the game...game is game...forums is forums!
