TeamWork clan removed from TTP

Mjs - I also wish you'd see me more often - but in all honesty the time that we put into the game(s) is immense. As Jello says it's much bigger than BF2.

The leaders that you mention are all great guys and pillars of this community - and big and I being around is small potatoes compared to the impact of most of our regulars.

You seem like a pretty level headed guy - and I hope you stick around and play here - I think you'll be hard pressed to find more people like we've assembled here that are interested in playing the game as it's meant to be played......clans come and go as do games......TTP's style and community are here for life.

I appreciate the note about vulcan - seems a Px member knew about this thread and decided to come by and post - I guess he's just backing his boy Strat...

Again mjs - I hope you and the level headed reasonable ex-teamwork members stick around and drop your tags - there's a lot here for you all.

As a clan, you must recognize that you represent a unit. You are unified in purpose as well as in name, which is why you wear tags. You want to be identified as a cohesive group.

You have to decide where your loyalties lie. Noone will think less of you, regardless of your choice. In fact, for the most part, those who've left this server, we wish them well, because they're doing what makes them happy.

When you are forced with the choice between your clan and the server, you have to make a decision. When there is conflict, and one clansmen spoils it for the rest of his clan, it forces the clan to make the choice, not the server.

Now, mjs, pharacon, kombatForce...we know you all. We enjoy playing with you. But do not think you can walk in two worlds. We have nothing against your gamesmanship or your character. But TTP has taken issue with the leadership of your clan.

It is for that reason, and that reason ALONE, that the two (clan and server) are mutual exclusive in time of conflict. You cannot wear banned tags in this server and expect to play. Not because you're different with or without the tags, but because we don't want this server to have any association with ideals that are not our own.

In other words:
We really hope you stay. We will understand if you leave. The choice is yours to make. But you can't flaunt the tags of the unwelcome in this server and expect to play here. It just isn't done.

That being said, this is not the time nor place to discuss why the ban is in effect. It is not up for debate in this forum, nor likely in any forum. That issue is strictly between the banned (namely Nyquil or Strat or whoever) and the admins. For that reason, you, (those who are not directly involved in the ban,) are still welcome. But please do not take part in heated discussions of what is just or right. Admins do not make rash decisions. Nor do they act alone. No ban is ever the result of one person or persons. Past banned clan members have found themselves unwelcome by trying to appeal decisions that were made.

There is no room for debate in this. The decision has been made.

As I said before...now the only comments that should be made are the ones that revolve around choice. It is your time to choose where you stand.

Clans will always come and go, as they have before and will continue to do, but the ideals that TTP promotes will stand. We hope you will join us.

This is the best post regarding a clans dismissal from TTP that I have ever seen. I actually scrolled up halfway through reading it as I thought BigDog posted it himself but is was missing too many "........" parts. You politely, yet matter of factly, portrayed TTP's stance on clans 100% perfectly. Excellent post Yahoo.

No offence to any of my ex TmWrk members but i got here because of my good friend NHbird and i got in the clan because of just chillin with some cool guys. But....Nyquil is right we have to stop the girlish drama its over its done TmWrks gone lets get a new clan in here but i'm here because of people who werent in the clan. I would like to see one with TmWrks basic principles of working as a squad to better your team. But I'll still be here because of peopl like NHbird. So if ya need me halla up.

if a clan tag is worth being banned for....that in itself is bannable. no clan is above a community. Ever. If you were, you wouldn't be here, and would isntead be in your OWN COMMUNITY.

Andrew is right. 100%. I gave you my peace offering. I laid it out as fair as can be. If this was a typicaly gaming community, you wouldn't have the luxury of speaking, posting, or even knowing what the hell happened, since all we have to do is press mere buttons to erase the existence of any clan, any player, any member, any admin, any forum, any post, any word.

Of course.....you fail to recognize any of that, and cry "censorship". And did I catch a "what about the rules" crack at me?

Can you please quote me a rule that says your clan is above the community as a whole?

Can you please explain to me that, when the LEADER of the clan decides to remove his clan, we are to believe that the MEMBERS of this clan are not of teh same mentality?

Can you explain to me how ANY community can survive with people like Nyquil, Strat, and now yourself living in it?

Anyone who agrees with Nyquil is a burden TTP is not willing to carry. You think this is drama? Leave. You think this is unfair? Leave. You think we're wrong? Leave.

And before you start crying dictator, oppressor, censor......be aware that I expect you to do so, just so that I can start dropping stickies, rules, posts, and TTP policies allover your misinformed, ignorant, lazy asses. TTP doesn't change. TTP hasn't changed. All we do is continue forward. And we do so by REMOVING those that aer not conducive to a teamplaying environment.

Any clan that thinks they are entitled to be above the team is an enemy of TTP. A clan is nothing outside of a match. You are nothing but people that have similar letters in their names. You are merely a group of 4 or 5 people, failing in their attempt to be a team. You aren't a team.....you're 5 people with the same letters in their names. 5 people.

TTP is a team. 700+. Tags....don't matter. Name....doesn't matter. Job, age, sex, marriage, house, money, education.......doesn't fucking matter.

All that matters in a teamplay game is, when the leader says "allright guys, let's get up there and finish it" that he hears a CHOIR OF "ROGER THAT" pouring from the heavens. That he hears the chatter of his group of 5, or 500, coordinating, planning, and executing the wishes of the leader.

So....who's your leader? Nyquil, both in game, and out? Or.....the squad leader, the team commander, the rush-caller?

This is the most basic of differences between teamplayers and everyone else.

If you care who's telling you what to do......then you don't get to play at TTP.
