Fraps uses up A LOT of space for videos. Fraps renders the videos into .avi so a 2 minute video could take up to 3 gb. Best thing to do is to record that 2 min video using full-size and 30 frames (or higher) and then use a video editing program to render it to something like .mp4 or .wmv so it fits into your 300 mb range. If you don't want to do this though, try making your frame rate 25 and your video half size and don't record sound at all. This most likely will still be over 300 mb though.

Also, might I recommend a external hard drive, they come pretty cheap nowadays.
I think it would cost 150$ for 1 TB.
I could be wrong though.
