I hope I don't get flamed for this, but how are the maps in the map cycle determined? I played an insurgency map on TTP for the first time the other day and it was a lot of fun. Everyone seems to bail though on Quinling and such. What are some other middle eastern maps besides Muttrah and Kashan? I remember playing a fun one that was more out in the desert, but had some city buildings too, maybe on a different server early on?

That could be, so is there a way to request certain maps? I haven't played Snow Storm, but whenever that maps on, it seems like the server is empty.

Hey thanks for changing the maps in rotation last night, they were fun. I've never played "Ghost Train" before and it was a lot of fun. Also, I had a great time on the Insurgency map with the Taliban. Too bad we ran out of time before we could discover all the caches, that map can only be really appreciated with a full 64 players, it's huge! I had fun in SuperCarl's squad last night with Amador and the rest.

Korrengal Valley was its name. The map isn't that big actually (1/4 the size of Kashan I think) but the terrain makes it difficult to ever go in a straight line. I think we would have had it had we not had folks waste assets and use up tickets, I know my squad was very close to finding the marked cache at the end.

Ghost Train is fun too, maybe we can get some of the other maps up that might not be in the next version or are underplayed on the server before the version change.

    I will be on tonight!

We were on our way to last cache as well, when we spotted a few insurgents hunkered down in a compound on the south mountain in that map. We had just spotted them, when someone in my squad said we ran out of time and the round ended. I think we got bogged down for most of the map (after I joined anyways) taking over the Outpost, defending the outpost, losing it and taking it back.

Ghost train is my favorite map I'm sad they're removing it (so I hear).
