ROFLMAO....yea I remember that flight on Dragon valley....and yea you are great to....just goes to show the old saying "what have you done for me lately" has a lot to do with memory.

For the record....you are in the same mold that Sas and Ranger are in...very patient and great sighting and lining up for good TV shots!

Think that was in regards to flying the jet or bomber (2).....and I still think you are the best there.

It's been a while since I have been able to troll the forums properly (sorry guys), but I was directed to this post. TTP has always had great players on it, no matter what game, and those players have raised the level of competition to the point where the best players out there are just "another good player" on TTP.

That happens when other players take the time to bring the next group along. I've always enjoyed hearing the lightbulb go off in another players head when they discover something they never knew about the game until now. It's even more gratifying when that player is an experience player and a friend.

That is probably the single biggest reason why I think TTP continues to be successful to this day. While 99% of other servers are about taking only the most leet, experienced players and sorta putting them in a bubble and building up their rep as a solid crew, here, we take players and turn them into FPS juggernauts. What started in CSS, and DoD, has cascaded into BF2, 2142, TF2, etc...

So the reason (in my opinion) why so many players stick around, and beg to get back into this communities good graces, is due to the fact that you can't simply replace the camaraderie on TTP. It's fun as hell to play this archaic game with friends. It's boring as hell to play on any other server. I mean, what's the point?

I'd rather spend my entire night making a newer player better at the gunner's spot in a helo, than with some uber TV shooting dickhead. That's fun. That's TTP.

Everything else sucks balls.
