    Found an awesome Vista sidebar gadget that shows how many people are playing on servers.

    You just gotta enter the server IP into the settings.
    For example, TTP's vanilla BF2 server would be
    72.232.220.90:16568

    well, at least there is one cool thing regarding bf2 on vista. took me six months to discover a vista glitch combined with a music app that caused bf2 to crash at map load. but it's all good now and I'm back online again
