1...Unless otherwise stated spawn on green
2...When spawning on green ask what kit he needs
3...Revive him when he dies
and lastly
4...Do not fire on the enemy from your SL's hiding spot.

I know there is a lot more I can say but I wanted to keep it simple

5. If Your SL Tells you to Be Stealthy, Please do.
6. If told to hold Spawn, Please Do.
7. When Green has a Red Circle around it, It usually Means the SL Is dead. Don't yell at the SL About it, He/She Probably knows it already.

Start pressing Enter repeatedly, so you spawn right as your SL hits the ground

321421. 99% of the time SL life > than your own, self-sacrifice is the only form of suicide I accept
321422. If you and your squad leader just died and he spawns at Flag A and starts moving to attack flag B hold your spawn for an extra 5-10 seconds. One reason being this gives the SL time to use all his sprint, then you spawn in with full stamina and can get ahead of SL. This provides safety for SL. If any questions arise about SL's safety see rule 321421.

Related to #3, if you are a Medic in the squad, your #1 priority is to try to keep me alive/healthy. Your #2 priority is to keep your squad mates alive and healthy, your #3 priority is to kill enemy.

Squad members, please take point without me having to ask.

Related to #1, DON'T ask me where I'm spawning.

The sight of tic-tacs being dropped behind a nearby building and babbling in the enemy language has given away many an SL' position to me in the past...and then I mention it to those who might actually go kill them!

That's one of the (very) few things I like about PR, you cannot get sniper unless chain of command approves the request.

I would say the same thing about SpecOPs. Unless SL approves/is directing a base rape, leave that kit at home too (exceptions to those who are good at suicide buggies/using C4 as AT weapons [you know who you are]).

Unfortunately, I would also have to say the people the OP is directed to probably will never see it... :5
