Weird Problem

My flares key in the jet doesn't work when I press it the first time, sometimes not even the 2nd. I know I am pressing the right button. But it works in the tank to deploy smokes the first time. I haven't been in a chopper yet to test flares.

Any diagnosis?

They seem to be working when i get after you, try setting it to a different key, check if you still have the problem then throw it back to the original.
If that doesn't work you could try just a clean slate with reset.
I would say clean out ur key board but if its working fine in a tank then idk.

Try another keyboard. That was happening to me before.

Haha. I just got a new laptop on Wednesday, so I've been using it the past 2 days. I was facing you before that, on my old computer, which worked fine. I doubt the keyboard is dirty and I obviously can't use another one. It's just in the jets. I changed my flares key to 'F', which works right now. But I need to get used to the change. 'F' used to be cycle to the next weapon (which I used A LOT). So for the past few rounds I've been pressing 'F' when I got in to change to bombs and immediately after that I realize that I just wasted my flares.

I now set my cycle weapons key to the mousewheel, which isn't that unusual. It's just the damn flares key I need to get used to.

Dunno how to help, but I have a similar problem with AB. Sometimes they won't work like the key isn't working. I hit the button a few times, no AB...

Happens to me way too often. It doesn't help that I usually don't have afterburners because I use them far too much, but when it is full, it wont let me use it at times.
