    Maybe this fixed my being disconnected from the server issue.
    A good possibility as the issue was causing the server to "hang" and for connections over long distances to think that the connection to the server was lost.

    I am noticing some lag between round/team switches and during the middle of the round.

    My ping sucks on this server. It goes from 45-200+. Up and down up and down. Only happens on this server.

    Same, my ping sucks on the server now, but I don't think it has to do with the server according to a tracert I ran. I used to be a stable high 50s, but now fluctuate from 70 to 80ish during a round.

    I still ping the same I always have, in the mid-60's, but the lag before switching sides is still there. I still don't understand why that just happens on this server. No other server I've played on that switches sides has that issue. It's odd.

    I sometimes experience major lag issues and game crashes especially on Smoke Screen and Tampa.

    Also sometimes my map switch will take so long that I'll get kicked for idle.

    I thought it was mainly an issue of running on Vista with only 1G of RAM though (I have to run all graphics at minimum)

    My rounds normally start off clean, then after 4-5 maps I start seeing lag spikes. Doesn't happen every night but often enough.
