Questions from a noob pilot
Hey fellas,
I'm relatively new to TTP and I had some questions for some of the more experienced pilots. I've been a footslogger since I first played BF2 in 2004 but looking for something new I've been trying piloting in the past few days. I quickly learned to stay out of the planes in the actual server until I got more practice, so I've just been practicing in single player learning the basics of maneuvering.
I'm OK at maneuvering now in 8v8 but this is a far cry from being able to handle intense combat in 32v32.
Here are my questions.
1) Most importantly, where is a good place to get some experience piloting against players? I don't like to try piloting in TTP when I'm so new, since a lot is riding on the pilot's shoulders.
2) What are some good ways to shake an enemy jet off your tail?
3) I see experienced chopper pilots circle strafing with their choppers and mowing down infantry, making them really hard to hit with AT rockets and such. I've yet to find a way to do it well. Anyone have any secrets to share about this?
Thanks ahead of time for any tips and advice you can offer.

Re: Questions from a noob pilot
Thanks a lot for the help guys.
I'm studying that funnel technique and I can't get it down. I first roll to the left, and then hold right turn, then pitch down, then accelerate. When I press those keys, I lose control and crash (if I pitch down a lot) or simply turn and circles as if I were just holding turn right (if I don't pitch down a lot). Never do I actually circle strafe the target as perfectly as this guy does. Baffling :/
