Time between rounds
I would like to suggest we seriously consider increasing the time between rounds. Currently it is very possible to lose flags before your entire team has even spawned in, or are running to the restroom or getting a soda.
I don't think adding a full min or anything is necessary but an extra 20-30 sec over what we have no would mean a lot. Would allow some coordination before the round for folks that are already there.

Re: Time between rounds
Over at TG they have a minute and a half. That is an eternity to a lot of the gamers out there who aren't interested in team work and just want want to pwn n00bz. But it does allow for coordination. I was in a game on Gibraltar as Pac and every squad leader was TG, so was the commander. The squad leaders and the commander were coordinating before the round on Team speak. The squad leaders in turn spelled out to their squads want they wanted and what the plan was. The server was full up at 48. The game lasted 15 minutes. Short and sweet we crushed EU. It wasn't a fluke. Next round as EU we kept Pac contained on the beach. In both cases we won by a substantial margin: 150 plus tickets.
We all have to take a leak or refill our glass or whatever. The extra time would be great for that. But if we got into the habit of using that time to plan....well, you get the picture.
The problem we sometimes see here is, as it was described by Angelmagick, squad leader chicken. Seeing who is going to make a squad so we don't have to, and empty commander slots.
I'm all for extending the the time; but it would be nice to see the commanders slot filled and squad leaders starting to organize they're squads in that extra time.
