Xav makes an excellent point but kept one thought secret - if somebody (like Xav) knows you are in a jet, and he sees

(any name here) (Jet / Tunguska / IGLA) (your name here)

across the screen then he KNOWS the jet is going to come up soon and it provides an opportunity to steal. If you instead bail and smash into the ground without pulling your chute, all you see is a

(your name here) is no more.

But then, when I jump, I don't open the shoot until I am just about to hit the ground. Odd that I still see folks drifting down to the ground (as they get riddled with bullets).

Whenever I look at parachute time ... I just can't even fathom spending (in my case) up to an hour on-line falling.
6 h parachute time? ... ouch
