PR MUMBLE CHANNEL RULES
BE ADVISED: WHEN YOU STEP INTO THE MUMBLE CHANNEL YOU NEED TO KEEP THE COM'S TO A MINIMUM
I'm going to keep this as simple as possible!!
We do not need to hear about your day or other random statements.
We do not need to hear about things that are not related to game strategies.
Only use the mumble coms during game-play to facilitate the troop movements of your teams/team-mates.
Admins for the TeamPlayerGaming PR server are often in a TeamSpeak Channel and we do not need the over flow of information.
If you cannot follow these simple rules then you will find yourself banned from Mumble and you will go through the banned forums to get your access reinstated.
This is not some little team speak channel to be just randomly spouting off stuff in. Keep it to the Game or you are going to regret it.

Re: PR MUMBLE CHANNEL RULES
If you have problem players in the Mumble PR Channel then get us a name and place it in the disruptive players thread.
If it's severe enough; take the time to get Xfire names of the moderators of this forum.****************11B*************** Look for Pathfinder75thB in TeamSpeak! ***************11B*****************

Re: PR MUMBLE CHANNEL RULES
Once your in the server it shouldn't really affect you if you talk about your day and the person you are walking with wants to hear about it.

Thank you so much for posting this Bravo! This should make mumble more of an asset rather than a detriment.

Re: PR MUMBLE CHANNEL RULES
From:Squad Leader Communication in Mumble Guide
The above example shows the TCombat channel on the PR Mumble server.
It has 3 Channels.
Main channel is named :
"TCombat Chicago"
It has two sub channels:
"Squad Leader Radio Net (Team 1)"
And
"Squad Leader Radio Net (Team 2)"
The channels "TCombat Chicago", "Squad Leader Radio Net (Team 1)" and "Squad Leader Radio Net (Team 2)" are all "linked" together. This means that when transmitting using Local Speech, everybody will hear everyone else in any of these three channels if close together in game ( within about 10-20m?). However, if Scott in the "Squad Leader Radio Net (Team 1)" channel was to transmit using his "Squad Leader Radio" key, only the other players in "Squad Leader Radio Net (Team 1)" would hear him anywhere on the map.
Using this in combination with BF2 VoIP can gives great results!
Mumble Comms
* Squad Leaders and Grunts can communicate by transmitting using "Local Speech". This will transmit in 3D positional if the player is in-game.
* Squad Leaders can communicate to each other by using the "Squad Leader Radio" key. This is not transmitted as Positional Audio, so it's essentially radio communication for Squad Leaders.
BF2 Comms
* Commanders can and should still use BF2 voip as usual. For speaking to specific Squad Leaders, or to all Squad Leaders at once.
* Squad members can still make use of BF2 Voip. Using this for distant communication or stuff only relevant to their squad. As well as inter-squad vehicular communication.
