Biggest Epic Fail of Death?

It wasn't exactly a fail on my part, but it was pretty epic. I'm a SL as US on Wake Island, I hop in the blackhawk and proceed to climb to 500 feet. I realize my squad can't cap airfield flag having to spawn so far away so I bail out, unfortunately landing right in front of their hovering attack chopper. So a hop, skip and a jump later I am running in between the buildings as the chopper is chasing after me. I take a brief moment to look up and see a beautiful sight. Here came the old blackhawk in freefall landing right on top of the circling attack chopper, thus allowing my squad to take the flag.

The worst epic fail I had was I was flying a jet at 850 altitude and I was chasing someone and they made a move so I went for attack counter move and ended up hitting the "E" button instead of the "D" button and next hing I knew I was skydiving. I was F*** that's my noob moment.

I'm about to make a sweet shot on a smoking gunship from a covered position only to blow myself up with my own AT rocket, happened several times.

running along the base of the mountain on shongua when some tard drove the APC over the gaurd rail off the edge of the cliff and fell all the way down and landed on my head

When I first tried out the snowshovel gun, I was unaware that you got flashbangs instead of a smoke grenade. By instinct, I switched to what I thought was a smoke grenade and threw it into the middle of all five squad mates. It would have no doubt been one of the best-placed smoke grenades ever, but instead seconds later I was hearing 200-decibel "WHO THREW THAT FLASHBANG" shouts over the mic from everyone else in the squad.

Once in 2142, someone (who shall remain unnamed) tried to RDX bounce on me (basically a disrespected sort of move if you don't know 2142 involving bunnyhopping and throwing explosives around), and ended up blowing himself and two of his teammates up. It was pretty hilarious.

I remember one time I had a horrible epic fail.

My squad was defending the Refinery on Dragon Valley. We were defending it real well, but my APC was damaged pretty badly. Cleanfreak asked if I was gonna repair the APC, and I replied with "nah, I just destroy it and get a new one." I then got out of the APC and blew it up... with Cleanfreak inside it. I felt soooooooo bad.
