Biggest Epic Fail of Death?

Mine was just the other day. Was driving a Humvee and saw some enemy activity. Seeing as I am a total noob, I decided to get out of the vehicle to engage them on foot. Unfortunately, I had parked too close to a building, so when I got out, I was crushed between the building and my Hummer.

What's your biggest fail?

Laughing so hard at the total noob who parked too close to a building that when he got out he was crushed between the building and his Hummer that I didn't notice I had right-clicked while holding a nade.

I just saw this fool drop a grenade and blow himself up, I laughed so hard that I forgot that I had placed an extra c4 on the vehicle. Blew the assets and myself up.

Ive also been known to shoot walls with my AT shell.

I just saw this Spec op blow himself up with C4 while trying to destroy the commander assests, I totally forgot what key the Parachute was mapped to... And well... You know the rest..

Why isn't it simple like 2142 and mapped to your space bar? :3

Hopping out of a tank or apc to chase down an enemy only to have that very same enemy steal your vehicle and proceed to blow you up, then you watch as he performs some sort of armor tea-bag/tread-bag on your face.

As an SL, I know my squad enjoys 'holding spawn' while I navigate the transport helo through AA and attack helos to get to a back flag, only to chute out and have the helo give me a piggyback ride all the way into the ground....

Bombing, bailing and splattering in front of the bombed hangar only to see the enemy jet spawn in on top of your corpse

You can change it. I have my BF2 keys set to match 2142.
