Thread: PB fix for BC2?

Hello Everyone,

Battlefield Bad Company 2 server version R6 is now being released. All BC2 servers will be automatically patched and rebooted shortly as our system pushes out the patch to all servers.

This server contains a fix for the ”PB INIT failure” mass-kick that we saw over the past days. Once the below maintenance has been completed you should be safe to re-enable punkbuster without experiencing further issues.

EA/DICE has also announced the maintenance planned for the backend (http://forums.electronicarts.co.uk/b...ay-0800-a.html) has been postponed by 24 hours.

and that maintenance thing is about "plasma" which I understand to be the ranked master server equivalent for 2142/BF2.
