This unbalanced team BS is a pain in the ass our whole team was snipers it seemed like and noone was helping to get bases. Some some fuck switches teams when we are down 3 already. I ask WTF are you switching teams for. I get told by some asshole to go blow him? and how he left a fail team? I ask where are the admins? We need more admins in there IMO to keep the shit in line. Not a fucking happy camper atm.

I feel your pain, but having 100 admins wouldn't make a difference. Autobalance is broken, plain and simple it dosen't work at all. And there is no way for admins to switch people to other teams because there is no team change hook built into the game that programmers can use to put that function into an admin mod.

There is pretty much zero we (or anyone on any server) can do about unbalanced teams. The only thing we maybe could do is kick people until the teams balance but that isn't an acceptable method.

It blows, and there is nothing that can be done to solve it.

yeah with 4 servers rockin we have to use peer pressure when admins aren't around. Not 100% thrilled with the way bc2 does things. and other shit broke atm. I'm a total noob to the bf thing but team chat in caps will get peoples attention since voip isnt working. And throw up all chat in all caps message and normally regs will swap to balance teams.

I am trying myself to watch and balance my class and join a squad thats not just 1 person and keep an eye on the other team. Lead by example. Its not always easy cause you get caught up in the battle. Dont let it get you down.

And get your steam and/or x-fires up and running in game while playing. There are admins always online even if they are not in game. (Don't be bombarding the highs though)

The BS that goes on in servers can be dealt with in some shape or form.
