    TK's should be harsher.

-15 does not detour ppl from watching thier fire to avoid tking.

its should be at least 50, the cost of the res or a kill.

my point is with it only being -15 its not a effective. if i had it my way it would be like -100

I agree as well. Although I think we need to start a thread over at EA and keep it civil to get this implemented.

Did EA start listening to the community recently?... I know Valve has taken ideas from the community, but EA in pretty well known for completely ignoring the players. I mean, we had a very simple but game breaking bug with the UAV in 2142 that TTP discovered the problem (an solutions) to and never got anything in return.

Call me pessimistic, but based on previous experiences, I wouldn't imagine making threads in the EA forums will ever produce any real results more than a community member or something saying "Okay" and dismissing it.

Yeah, the scope of the points in this game is so large that -15 means NOTHING. You get more points for simply resupplying a squad member.

The only thing I find odd is that you gain more from a revive... making tk-revive a positive gain in points.

Agreed, minus 100 would make a difference. It would make you think twice about launching that 40mm or hand grenade into the M-com buildings that I always seem to die by.

I think -65 points would be good, since that makes killing/reviving unprofitable.

I like talking about these things as if EA will actually even consider changing them. The hell are they, Blizzard?

Yeah. I think the point totals are rigged up for console-style gamers who just want to blow stuff up for thirty minutes before they have to do the dishes. If it punished you for team kills then you couldn't just solve every problem by spraying it with bullets and grenades. I think we forget that, in the real world, 90% of the players in this game don't really take it very seriously at all. TTP has spoiled us

Hopefully there will be enough demand for it that DICE will allow the servers to have some more custom settings, like adjusting scoring or maybe just adding a toggle called "TK Severe" or something that makes TKs and damages more costly.
