Try the NVidia 9800. That's more like the $130 dollar range, but it could work out.
My old $80 ATI 4650 ran Far Cry 2 (extremely power-hungry game) at pretty good specs, so that ATI 4850 that was mentioned ought to serve you well. Pretty good price there.

im sure if you shop around you can find better deals. but this is from neweggs.
also this card is still under spec for bc2.
if you can go like 20 bucks more your options really really open up.

Look at the last two pages, those are all the cards between 75 and 100. I am not actually that up to speed on these lower end cards, but there are some decent open box deals...
