Hey if EA can bring destructible environments to Karkand and Jalalalalalalalalabad I'll be on the road to forgiving them for not setting MOH in WWII and doing such a horrible job at it... well they're also going to have to rerelease MOH correctly

The million dollar question will be if they right the wrongs of FFoW in the multiplayer.

Well I would say that I'm kinda impressed on this route Dice is taking..If they can keep the dedicated servers like the other Battlefield games then I wouldn't be too shocked this one does good...

You know a game thats free isn't all bad.. especially when you have a good known developer making it....

I'll Give BF F2P a shot when it comes out...

No worries on the players, I am sure knowing EA/DICE it will be down to 10v10 by release date.

it is a cheap port over. IGN's (p)review implied that. It's basically BF2 for laptop players with some assets enhanced by bc2 particle physics. Classes are dumbed down to the new-style 4. Enhancements are done through microtransactions. Again sounds like they are trying to trade time/sopme money for BF3...

So... I just got an invite to the closed beta. I downloaded it an played for 5 or 10 minutes....

This is a source based game now due out in the 1st quarter of 2011. To me its a mix of CS:S, 2142 and BF2, with a command structure. Since it's built on the source/orange box platform many of the EA/Dice issues will not be present. Go check it out.

I am hopefull that this will be our next big game.

It's a FPS\RTS for those curious. In the same vein as the Battlezone series(one of the coolest games ever). So think BF2 meets starcraft. Cept you can either play it as an RTS(as commander) or play it in the field(as a soldier). There's class systems as well and from what I've heard theres unlocks too much like BF2. I'm defiantly getting it, and I hope tpg does as well.
