BF2142 Problem Player Complaints

Had a player with incredible shooting skills (aimbot?) that I could not get close to without getting killed even through walls, uncanny fast and accurate, could not even get a shot off. I got teamswitched and was in a squad with him, he never said a word or participated with the squad that I could see and then left the server.

pretty unbelievable, huh? Need to keep an eye on this one... his name sounds a lot like A_BUTT_PUPPET, who is on the PB Ban List...

I think the SS# guy Option is referring to may be Serial# No000640796... I found his name on the Gametracker server list, but for some reason his profile will not show up on EA player list.

Two things Krueluck.

Firstly, i had sockpuppetboy in my squad twice last night, and he was very vocal with me.

But, i will say that i was a little impressed with his aim. I'm not saying that he was a hacker, but it was starting to be a little suspicious to me.

And, The Serial guy is not who i'm talking about. The guy i'm talking about was something like "ss123"

I would also like to ask that the Admins keep an eye on player "Enixwolf". He was on the server late last night, and Me, Braddoc, and Jonas all agree that he was a hacker. Perfect aim with the ganz, three shotting people contantly. I have no video of it, but i am saying that he does need to be watched out for.

If i see him on the server again, i will make sure that i spec him.

All those stats hint to me that this is a new character for an old player. Not a lot of game time played etc...

And that is certainly possible. However, 5.61? Even on my best days I do not break 4.00. 2142-stats can give break-downs on stats for soldiers registered there. I check the history on myself and others who I like to compete with fairly regularly. I tend to average between 1.7 and 2.2 on Alundil. On the "medic" focused soldiers the K/D is steady at about 1.7.

If you look at the history on this soldier from 2142-stats you'll see the kind of crap I am talking about.

Daily K/D ratios
02/15 - K/D = 5.628
02/18 - K/D = 4.797
02/22 - K/D = 6.598

Next on to the individual weapon accuracies:
Shuko LMG = 22.5%
Bianchi LMG = 24.4%
Ganz HMG = 24.3%

I highlight those three, as they are the most inaccurate weapons in the game. The other point I find interesting is that if you look across the stats of all the regs playing here you'll find that we all tend to favor different weapons. Meaning that we all have slightly disparate accuracies among different weapon types. I can't think of too many people that have near "peak" accuracy with all of the weapons ingame.

Case in point, Cloudfish is among the top players using the Ganz (globally) and his accuracy is 15.5%. In a typical Ganz burst, that means that of the 15-20 rounds fired, there are about 3 rounds that hit (at 27 damage per shot = 81 damage in a single burst).

Now, same weapon, same burst, but accuracy is 24%. Now, of each 20 round burst, 4.86 (5) rounds will hit. Each round does 27 damage. This means that a single burst on target from the Ganz = instakill.

I think that with more servers having gone dark, we're just getting more filtered our way, problem players included. They haven't all been bad though.

Also agreeing with Alundil. Maybe staying in armor would explain a k/d like that for someone who is mostly "medic", but he doesn't have the stats for that. At least should be watched I think.

I had a strange odd guy pretty lucky in the gunship yesterday, he killed me 8 times in a row and never died during the whole game. Soloing in the gunship (not a surprise) I think he got kicked for not being squadded the next game.

I have two seperate videos of him doing so, and both show very clearly that he was Aimbotting.

You can see me calling out for an admin several times in the second vid, i think.

My calls were answered, i believe, because moments after i had stopped recording, I happened to peer up at the top of the tower and saw an admin standing next to the guy. He left before anyone could do anything, however.

I had a SS of the scores, but it didn't seem to save.
