They are required to keep electronic receipts for anything over 100$ purchased with debit/credit cards.

And look where that got you

Where I work, we still keep electronic copies of the receipts, even for cash, but they are usually tied to a phone number. It's still worth trying.

So, I went out and got a Radeon 6850. Game runs a HELL of alot better, still having a bit of graphic lag issue and I cannot get the game to go full screen. I think that maybe why I'm still getting a bit of lag. I have messed with all the screen resolutions and it still will not go full screen. Am I missing something?

Depends. What resolution are you running and what sort of processor do you have?

Re: Should I be having problems?

My processor is a AMD Athlon II x2 250u dual-core. My desktop screen resolution is 1280 x 720 and my in game resolution is 1024 x 768. If I run the in game resolution equal to my desktop resolution it makes it so I cannot see a good bit of the game window. Is there a box to check for full screen? Also I do run 2 monitors. My main one being a 52" flat screen. I have a feeling that is also a factor.

For full screen hit Alt + Enter. The dual core is kicking your ass. I know mine is. Also, check the response time on your 52". I don't even know what T.V. are now-a-days.
