I'm guessing from that area they flew over at the start of the UAV part, where it's hills and that usually.

When an Explosive Device is detonated on Bare ground it creates a crater. On Oasis the Water table is Really high. All that water got there from blowing up the road.
Flooded areas, You can drive the Jet ski in only a few inches of water.

This is true; in the video's description on YouTube, he talks about using a shitton of C4 and blowing up the roads all throughout the town. Boredom for the win, apparently
